You may have never heard of the city of Lavonia, GA. Quaint little country town in north GA. I have two listings that are both only minutes off i85 so they are fairly close to Athens, Anderson, and even Atlanta and Greenville! Not to mention Lake Hartwell is 10 minutes away.
