Who is Daniel Collins?
Whether you are buying or selling your home, you are going to spend a good amount of your time with your realtor. You get to choose who you want to spend that time with.
My name is Daniel Collins and I go by the mantra “Not Your Ordinary Everyday Agent.”
"What's that even mean? Seriously Daniel, what does that mean?"
Well, let me tell you. I am a licensed Broker in both GA and FL. I do not hold to an area. I will help my clients get what they want or sell in either state. I take care of my people. Good care. You won't find me hard selling. You won't find me telling my clients to spend more than they should for a property. For me it is about people and relationships. At the end of our time together, even before it’s over, I want you calling your family, friends, even enemies and telling them to use me as their realtor as well. It’s how it should be in my eyes. I have not done my job if you aren’t.
Now as to the “not ordinary” part, well that I am certainly not.
I am a music producing, guitar playing, songwriting, acting kind of guy who loves real estate. You can see my face on the screen in several episodes of HGTV's House Hunters, Tiny House Hunters, the Fast and Furious 7, The Originals, The Vampire Diaries, and a handful of indie films in the Southeast. In 2022, NSAI (Nashville Songwriters Assoc International) awarded me with Best Submitted Song of the Year with a tune called Postcard Memories! You can hear music I have produced all over the internet and iTunes, including radio spins in the southeast and even overseas. I still spend a fair amount of time on stage playing guitar as well. I have played the same stage with bands such as Luke Combs, Kiss, Skid Row, Alabama, Corey Smith, The Lacs, Cypress Hill, Beck, Georgia Satellites, Confederate Railroad...to name a few. I have had the pleasure of hanging out with wrestling legend Stone Cold Steve Austin and having Darius Rucker sing on a song I co-wrote. Needless to say, I do not live an ordinary life.

Who is Anthony Crane?
I’ve had a passion for the housing industry for as long as I can remember. I’m assuming that comes from my youth…watching my father build houses from the ground up and watching my mother clean houses with more rooms than I could count.
Let’s get to the “not so ordinary” part, shall we?
I’m a poor kid from the trailer park that approaches each day and situation with determination, curiosity, and integrity. I’m a singer / songwriter, and guitar player who’s traveled the country playing songs of my own, as well as songs of others’. I have shared the stage with bands such as Kiss, Skid Row, Cypress Hill, Georgia Satellites, Zac Brown, and many others. I’m not only a “not so ordinary” Realtor®, I’m also a “not so ordinary” Insurance Agent. Some might say there isn’t much that’s ordinary about me at all.
With a youth spent in awe of homes out of reach from the trailer park, and a degree from The University of Georgia in Risk Management and Insurance, it’s natural that I find myself an Owner of The Crane Agency with Farmers Insurance, and a Realtor® for Six String Realty. I couldn’t be more proud of our broker, Daniel, and the company that I keep with Six String of like-minded individuals lead by passion and tenacity.

Who is Trent Gibson?
As a native Athenian Trent has developed a love for this town that stems from a lifetime of memories in the Classic City. Born and raised in Athens, Trent finally left town after graduating from Athens Academy to pursue his Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and then on to a Masters Degree in Finance. After realizing what a great town Athens was to grow up in, he returned to raise a family of his own! With a daughter in College at UGA and another one still in high school, Trent can empathize with what a family may need while looking for a home or a rental property. As an added bonus,Trent is extremely savvy when it comes to numbers due to his double degrees in math and finance so you can feel comfortable knowing you will get the best possible deal at the closing table.
Trent began his personal career in Real Estate after purchasing his first home in 2002 and then gradually increased his rental property investments year by year. In 2014 he transitioned into flipping houses and he has enjoyed it so much that he has decided to try to help others do the same. I am a country singer-songwriter who has played all over the country and also has written some songs you might have heard of. I got my first Billboard #1 as a writer on “Gone Too Soon” by Andrew Jannakos. Besides writing, producing, and singing music, I have a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology and own my own gym business called BrickHouse Gym. I have trained any and everyone from professional athletes to young kids.

Who is Prana Maldonado Collins?

I'm Prana Maldonado Collins, the photographer and social media marketing manager at Six String Realty. My passion for nature is what ignited my love for photography. I'm a certified sustainable farmer with aspirations to eventually establish my very own naturally grown farm, complete with an array of fruits, vegetables, and livestock.
